Red Squadron Robert O'Neill

Robert J. O'Neill is a former Senior Chief Petty Officer and one of the most distinguished operators of DEVGRU (Red Squadron). During his 16-year career (1996–2012), he completed over 400 combat missions, earning 52 military decorations including 2 Silver Stars and 4 Bronze Stars with "V" for valor. O'Neill is most famously known as "The Shooter" who killed Osama bin Laden during Operation Neptune Spear in 2011. His storied career also includes the high-profile rescue of Captain Richard Phillips from Somali pirates and the recovery of "Lone Survivor" Marcus Luttrell during Operation Red Wings. After retiring from the teams, he authored the best-selling memoir The Operator, detailing his journey from Montana to the pinnacle of Naval Special Warfare.

Red Squadron Matt Bissonnette

Matt Bissonnette, widely known by his pen name Mark Owen, is a former Navy SEAL Senior Chief who served as a team leader at DEVGRU (Red Squadron). A veteran of numerous high-stakes operations, he was a key member of the assault team during Operation Neptune Spear in 2011, serving alongside Robert O'Neill in the raid that eliminated Osama bin Laden. Bissonnette is also credited with participating in the 2009 rescue of Captain Richard Phillips and the extraction of Marcus Luttrell during Operation Red Wings. He gained international attention as the first operator to provide a first-hand account of the bin Laden raid in his controversial #1 New York Times bestseller, No Easy Day. His 14-year career is marked by elite leadership and some of the most significant counter-terrorism missions in modern history, later detailed in his second book, No Hero.

Red Squadron Alex West

Alex West is a retired Senior Chief Petty Officer who spent 20 years as a U.S. Navy SEAL, with 11 of those years serving within DEVGRU (Red Squadron). Throughout his distinguished career, West completed 15 combat deployments to hotspots including Iraq and Afghanistan. He was a key member of the command during the 2011 Operation Neptune Spear raid that eliminated Osama bin Laden and was among the operators who met with President Barack Obama at Fort Campbell following the mission's success. After retiring in 2018, West dedicated his life to veteran mental health and recovery by founding One More Wave, a non-profit organization that provides customized surfing equipment and therapy for wounded and disabled veterans. Today, he continues to serve the community as a psychotherapist, using his elite tactical background to help others heal from the invisible wounds of war.

Red Squadron Jeff Still

Jeff Still is a retired Navy SEAL Senior Chief with over 22 years of elite military service, including 15 years within DEVGRU (SEAL Team Six). As a seasoned leader in Red Squadron, he served as a Team Leader and Breacher during some of the most critical counter-terrorism operations of the 21st century. A highly decorated veteran, Still is a recipient of four Bronze Stars with "V" for valor and served as a key operator during Operation Neptune Spear (the bin Laden raid) in 2011. Throughout his career, which spanned multiple deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and other conflict zones, he was recognized for his tactical expertise and leadership in high-stakes environments. Since retiring from active duty, Jeff has transitioned into the private sector, leveraging his elite background to provide leadership consulting and security expertise, while remaining a respected figure within the "Quiet Professional" community.

Mark McCandless is a retired Master Chief with a distinguished 23-year career in the U.S. Navy, enlisting in 1999 and completing BUD/S training in 2000. He spent the majority of his service within DEVGRU (Red Squadron), where he was an integral part of the unit's success across numerous global operations. Throughout his career, McCandless completed 15 deployments in support of high-priority missions, rising through the ranks to occupy various elite leadership positions. After retiring from active duty in 2022, he transitioned into the private sector, applying his extensive special warfare experience to roles in strategic advisory, asset management, and consulting for organizations focused on military and first responder communities.

Gold Squadron Dom Raso

Dom Raso is a retired Navy SEAL veteran with 12 years of elite military service, including a prominent tenure at DEVGRU (Gold Squadron). Known for his tactical expertise and high-intensity leadership, Raso completed multiple combat deployments across Iraq, Afghanistan, and other high-threat environments. During his time at SEAL Team Six, he specialized as a lead instructor and operator, playing a vital role in some of the unit's most complex maritime and counter-terrorism missions.
