By adding significant storage real estate and heavy-duty load support, this kit effortlessly transitions your lightweight, vehicle-friendly 34 Alpha into a full-featured, traditional Load Bearing Vest optimized for long patrols, rucking, and extended sustainment operations.

Designed to completely replace the standard shoulder straps and back strap of your 34 Alpha setup, the LBV Expander Kit evenly distributes heavy loads across your upper body. At its core is an expandable Roll-Top Butt Pack built with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish, offering highly versatile rear storage that can be compressed flat or packed out with extra layers and rations. When mission profiles change, the entire kit can be quickly detached, allowing you to scale back down to a slick front-only rig in minutes.

-Seamlessly converts the 34 Alpha Split Rig into a high-capacity Load Bearing Vest for extended missions.
-Features a scalable main compartment for bulky gear/clothing, plus a front zippered pocket with integrated tie-down loops for sensitive items.
-Equipped with an ergonomic, padded X-Harness system and an adjustable sternum strap to maximize comfort under heavy 34 Alpha loadouts.
-Full laser-cut MOLLE fields on the sides allow for seamless attachment of additional GP, canteen, or magazine pouches.
-The harness and side straps are completely removable, allowing the butt pack to be utilized as a standalone module on other tactical platforms or belts.
